SAQA Unit Standard 110023 NQF Level 4 * 6 Credits This course is intended for all persons working in administration in commercial and non-commercial
organisations and who is responsible for presenting information in report format. The workshop will empower participants in terms of knowledge, understanding, and application on the following four subject matters:

Relating the purpose, content, form, frequency and recipients of a range of reportsIdentifying information sources and organisational procedures for obtaining and distributing informationCompiling reports, ensuring content and format are appropriate and that reporting deadlines are metLiaising with relevant parties and verifying that reported information is in accordance with requirements and purpose of the report.
