AFTER THE PROBATION PERIOD.... DO YOU DROP IT, OR BUILD MOMENTUM?

There is tons of reading material on the probation period itself, but what happens once the probation period is complete? Today I am taking a look at the workplace with specific focus on the new recruit’s role in creating a positive work environment, and in doing so build momentum to reach his/her career objectives.
Employees forget their promises and commitments during the job interview. They promise the world and then after the probation period…. Employees get tired.
They tend to find reasons for tasks not done, for not understanding, for not being able to implement. It’s the easy way out.
